The NAFM leader is known as a Chairman, and the leadership of ther NAFM is rotated between member nations in alphabetical order each year. The Chairmanship state has much responsibility including organising the NAFM Parliament, setteling debates and deadlock votes, cgathering detailed information about member states and much more. The leader of the NAFMDA (known as the NAFMDA General) will be voted into position by a mojority vote held in the NAFM Parliament. If there is a draw, the NAFM Chairman will make the decision. The NAFMDA General is incharge of sending orders the the various NAFMDA Battalions.
