The NAFM Activity Act If a member of the NAFM becomes inactive for
over three months, not just within the NAFM but also within their government, the member state should not be allowed the NAFM
Chairmanship status, however, the member state shall still be considered a member, unless their government has stated their
intrests not to remain a member. All of the above can be avoided by letting The NAFM Parliament know that the member
state is going to be inactive for a certain ammount of time. It is prefered that the member state specify the ammount they
will be inactive.

The NAFM Open Borders Treaty
Article one All member nations shall allow free passage to the citizens of the member states of The NAFM.
Article
two All citizens shall be allowed to pass through the borders of the member states with out hinderance. However, if
the authorities of the member nation suspects the citizens of another member nation, that citizens can be stopped and searched
if the government of the member state wishes.
Article three A citizen can be deported from a member nation
if he/she has broken a law of the member nation.
Article four The government of the member nation is responsible
for the protection of the citizen/citizens of member states, aswell as the nation the citizen/citizens hail from, it is also
the NAFM responsibity for their protection.
